Workshops & Training

Workshops

Corali has over 30 years’ experience of delivering high quality, creative workshops in a variety of arts, educational and community settings. A Corali dancer is part of each workshop team, inspiring participants with their creativity and leadership.

Corali’s workshops open up dance in new ways. For example, they might use objects, film, drawing or music, creatively exploring its relationship to line, shape, colour or sound. This approach unlocks creativity and empowers workshop participants to make their own artistic choices and connect to other people in new ways.

We have worked in partnership with some of the UK’s highest profile arts institutions, such as Tate, The British Museum and Sadler’s Wells.

Examples of our offer include…

  • our schools programme, Chance to Shine, for both primary and secondary age SEN pupils

  • open sessions, which help us meet new dancers

  • “wrap-around” workshops at venues where we are performing, which complement our shows

  • bespoke workshops for your setting; you don’t need to work in arts or education

It was more than I could have asked for. All the participants had a fantastic time, and were challenged perfectly to produce some beautiful work. It was inclusive dance at its best.
